NAFFCO HFC-227ea Engineered Fire Suppression Systems, manufactured and engineered by NAFFCO, have been developed as rugged, reliable and easy to assemble equipment.

NAFFCO-227 360 psi Modular Systems (Single Cylinder)

A 360 psi modular system is a single cylinder system using 67 to 592 pound welded cylinders, pressurized with Nitrogen at 360 psi. Includes cylinder, dip tube, dump valve with gauge / pressure switch, manual level release, and electric solenoid actuator. The agent flows from the cylinder through a hose to the pipe, which ends with one or more nozzles.

NAFFCO-227 360 psi centralized system (up to three cylinders)

A 360 psi centralized system is a multi-cylinder system that uses 67 pound to 590 pound welded cylinders, pressurized with Nitrogen at 360 psi. For the system using up to three cylinders, the first cylinder (master cylinder) is equipped with a manual level release and an electric solenoid actuator and operates all other (auxiliary) cylinders. All cylinders must be filled with the same amount of agent. For centralized systems using 190 pound, 300 pound, 430 pound cylinders. And 590 pounds. Pressure in the master cylinder is directed to the airhead with a rupture disc mounted on top of each auxiliary cylinder valve through a line of high pressure hoses.

NAFFCO-227 360 psi centralized system (more than three cylinders)

A centralized 360 psi system with more than three cylinders is operated by a 3 liter pilot cylinder filled with nitrogen pressurized at 1,450 psi. The pilot cylinder is equipped with manual level release and electric solenoid actuator. Pressure from the pilot cylinder is directed to the auxiliary cylinder pneumatic heads through a line of hoses and bursts the pneumatic cone discs. A single pilot cylinder can operate up to 40 cylinders.

NAFFCO-227 600 psi Modular Systems (Cylinder Only)

A 600 psi modular system is a single cylinder system using 12 pound to 300 pound seamless cylinders, pressurized with Nitrogen at 600 psi. Includes cylinder, dip tube, relief valve with pressure gauge and switch, manual lever release, and electric solenoid actuator. The agent flows from the cylinder through a hose into the pipe, which ends with one or more nozzles.
